All in all, it was perfect base for traveling to Kansas City. I booked welcoming comfy room. The bar was pretty good.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, in the middle of jackson. My room included multi-channel TV, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a fridge. The most important was the staff - very pleasant and affable people.

The room layout was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room for three people to move around without feeling cramped. Having a Keurig in the room was a nice touch and made it easy to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Additionally, the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, serving delicious Chicago-style pizza that did not disappoint.

One major issue I experienced during my stay was a lack of privacy and security. On one occasion, a housekeeping staff member attempted to enter our room while my wife was in the shower and I was getting dressed.

During my recent business trip, I was pleased with the amenities offered at the hotel. The on-site restaurant and bar were great conveniences, and the room was clean and spacious. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient to my business meetings and nearby attractions.

I was disappointed in a few aspects during my stay. there was no complimentary coffee in the morning, which seemed like an odd omission.

The room layout was great and spacious enough to accommodate three people without bumping into each other. It was also convenient to have a Keurig in the room and the doors leading to the bathroom were smartly designed. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar, and the location was ideal since it was close to the airport.

Despite being a guest, the desk clerk refused to give me a complimentary water even though I asked. He claimed it was only for a wedding party, which I knew was a lie since I had seen other guests, mainly white, receiving free packages.
